Professor Saul Faust
Saul spends much of his time managing the Trust, University and Wessex-wide infrastructure for conducting and delivering research that benefits the NHS. His aim is always to make research safe and easier for patients and researchers whatever the study may involve.
Saul is a clinical researcher with projects bridging the clinical-laboratory interface, developing local and national collaborative clinical trials in children’s infectious diseases, and conducting paediatric and adult vaccine trials. He also is the clinical lead for the University of Southampton-based UK National Biofilm Innovation Centre.
